With an insatiable curiosity for the intricacies of the human psyche, body, and spirit, I have delved deep into the world of psychology since 2007, and natural remedies since 2015. As the founder of the Music Meets Mind platform, Concept Records & life-changing Music Events, a non-profit organisation, and ex-T.SESSIONS holistic wellness platform, I blend my expertise in:

• Rapid Transformational Therapy® (incorporating NLP, CBT, neuroscience, psychotherapy, and hypnosis).

-Ayurveda (Sanskrit: आयुर्वेद) is composed of two words, āyus, आयुस्, "life" or "longevity", and veda, वेद, "knowledge", translated as "knowledge of longevity" or "knowledge of life and longevity".

-Self-lymphatic system massage (responsible for getting rid of the toxins and waste that build up in our tissues, cells, and nodes. Lymph fluid flows through our bodies, flushing out these wastes and moving oxygen and nutrients to our cells)

-Feel Your Body - PMR (progressive muscle relaxation)

-The connection between nature and the mind learning to vibrate at a higher frequency enables the curation of bespoke journeys of healing and self-discovery, opening up endless possibilities

In addition to these roles, I serve as a motivational speaker and author, igniting inspiration and empowering others to embrace their fullest potential. I've had the privilege of being invited to several podcasts and events to share my expertise, and I eagerly anticipate sharing my knowledge with the world while also learning from others.

I regularly contribute articles to various magazines within the artistic community and the corporate world, aiming to cater to a diverse range of interests. Additionally, I teach the course 'How to Effectively Use CBT to Overcome Anxiety' on Udemy. My debut eBook, 'The Path to Success: Unleashing Your Full Potential,' delves into mastering your mindset to build skills and achieve extraordinary results.

Throughout my adventurous life, I embraced the thrill of moving 38 times over 14 years to different places and countries, each relocation brought the opportunity to immerse myself in new cultures, meet diverse individuals, and unveil the beauty of their customs and traditions.

My nomadic lifestyle has not only granted me a wealth of memories and invaluable connections but has also bestowed upon me a profound understanding of the human spirit and its capacity for growth and transformation. Through the shared joys and challenges, the laughter and tears, I have witnessed the resilience of the human soul and its unwavering ability to adapt and evolve.
